If the message is long, there is an option to receive up to the first 1000 characters through 8 text messages.

The Cost to Use Corrlinks

Corrlinks is a paid service. So, how much does Corrlinks cost? According to Pigeonly.com, now Text Messages service from Corrlinks is only for phones with the US number and only one number can be linked with the active Corrlinks account. So, you are only able to text message inmates that have been established in your Corrlinks account. Below, there are the packages.

  • $6 monthly
  • $12 for 3 months
  • $36 for 12 months

If your inmate is not at the facility anymore, you are able to refund your balance. Let’s say that all inmates in your address  book have been released from Corrlinks’s subscribing institutions, so a cancellation of your account and a refund of your remaining balance can be requested. If you find that there is a $1.01 charge on your credit statement, it is important to know that depending on your credit card provider, you may be able to see a temporary $1.01 authorization charge on your statement. This authorization is processed by Corrlinks’s credit card processor and it is done to validate the account and is automatically removed in 3 to 4 business days.
