Easy Steps to Set Up Corrlinks Account

In this modern era, it is possible to get in touch with the one that you loved even though that certain someone is currently sitting inside the prison. CorrLinks is one of the things that can make it possible. You are not the one that can start everything. To be able to make everything work, you should get an invitation that has an identification code to set up an account.

After giving your email address and after getting an email that says an inmate wants to contact you for exchanging electronic messages through CorrLinks, use the link to accept or block it. Then, register with the email address so you will be able to carry on this process and set up your account. After that, complete the process of setting up your CorrLinks account by following the guide explained below:

1. First and foremost, you should open the CorrLinks app or open your browser and go to the official website of CorrLinks.
2. When you are on the homepage, you should be able to see the login boxes.
3. For those who already have a CorrLinks account, you can log in with your username and password. In case you still don’t have one, please click the Register button to create one.
   
4. It will be needed for you to enter a few things, such as your first name, your last name, your email address, the password, and the identification code from the email in the previous section.
5. Do not forget to check the box that states that you are 18 or older and you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
6. Not only that, you should also verify that you are not a robot.
7. When you are done with verifying, please click the Next button.
8. In the next step, open your email and find the one with the verification link.
9. Upon finding the verification link in the email, click it.
10. Then, continue setting up your CorrLinks account by entering your billing and some other information.
11. For the second time, you will also have to verify that you are not a robot.
12. Lastly, click the Next button for further verifications.

After setting up your CorrLinks account, you can do a few things. One of the things that you can do is to add money to your account. If you want to add money to your CorrLinks account, here is step by step to follow:

1. The first thing that you need to do is to click Recharge My Account from the main menu.
2. Then, enter your billing address.
3. The next thing that you have to do is to choose the amount of money that you want to add to your CorrLinks account.
4. Do not forget to click the Next button after that.
5. Aside from entering the amount of money that you want to add to your CorrLinks account, you should also enter the information about your card.
6. After providing such information, click Add Funds.
7. Once you have successfully recharged your CorrLinks account, you will be able to see a dialog confirmation on the screen.
8. Upon seeing it, please click Return to the Main Page.

As you already have funds in your CorrLinks account, you might want to send messages to the loved one who is currently behind the bar. If you want to try this, please follow the following guide:

1. Firstly, click Mailbox from the main menu.
2. After clicking it, click New Message to send a message.
3. Then, click inside the To field and choose the inmate that you want to message.
4. Make sure to click OK right after that.
5. In the fifth step, you will have to fill in the subject line.
6. Next, write the message.
7. In case you want to save your draft and come back to your message, please click the Save button.

Talking about the saved messages, it should be noted that they will be only available for 30 days. Everything will disappear if you do not send them after 30 days pass. If you have saved messages and want to view them, you can just click Draft Messages from the Mailbox. If you want to edit a message, please click on that certain message that you want to edit. After editing the message and you want to send it, clicking the Sending button will work. If you want to view the messages that you have sent in order to make sure that they are sent, click Sent Messages from the Mailbox. If you want to make sure that you sent the right messages, click Read next to a message so that you can review its contents.

The next thing that you can do once you have successfully set up your CorrLinks account and added funding into it is to send photos. To be able to do that, the instructions to follow include:

1. In the beginning, click Photos from the main menu.
2. As you want to upload a photo to send to the loved one, click Upload New Photos.
3. Then, click Choose File and choose a photo that you want to upload from the device.
4. If you want to add a caption, type it in the Caption field and then click the Add button.
5. Afterward, choose the photo(s) that you want to share and then click Upload.
6. After uploading the photo(s), you will be able to see a dialog confirmation displayed on the screen.
7. Please click OK when you see it.
8. For those who want to send an uploaded photo or to send more than one photo, you can do it by clicking Send Photo to Inmate.
9. Then, click Choose Photo.
10. Next, choose a photo that you want to send and then click Select.
11. To be able to add the chosen photo to your message, you can just click the Add button.
12. Make sure to choose the photo(s) that you want to send and click Send.
13. Feel free to view the photos that have been uploaded and sent by clicking View Recently Sent Photos or View Uploaded Photos.
