For anyone who is new to JailATM, it is normal if you have a lot of questions that you want to know about JailATM. Before contacting the customer support, it is better for you to go to JailATM.com Support page just in case the question that you are going to ask is already answered.

  • ID Verification

Due to Federal regulations, it is a must for some accounts to pass an ID verification before activation. If you want to submit your identification to be verified, you have to visit the following link: http://support.jailatm.com/SubmitID.cshtml.

  • Create An Account

In order to create an account, here is the guide to follow:

  1. The first thing that you need to do is to click the Sign In/Register button and then click on it. This one is located in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Then, enter your email address. Make sure to enter the complete one. For instance: alvarocarreras75@emaildomain.com.
  3. When you are done entering your complete email address, click the Next button.
  4. In the next step, you have to fill out all information on the personal details form
  5. Do not forget to click Save.
  6. The next thing that you will have to do is to create a password.
  7. Upon entering the password and confirming it, click Submit.
  8. Please open your email and find an activation link.
  9. When you find the activation link, click on it. Aside from that, you can also copy the link and then paste it into your browser.
  10. Lastly, sign in using your email address and password.
  • Edit Account Details

If you want to edit your account, please follow the following instructions:

  1. First of all, click the My Account button that is located at the top right of the screen.
  2. When it is clicked, click Settings.
  3. Next, click Account Details.
  4. After that, you can edit the account to anything that you want.
  5. Do not forget to click Save to make changes.
  • Forgotten Password

In case you forgot your password, it is better for you to do these followings:

  1. First thing first, click the My Account button that is located at the top right of the screen.
  2. When it is clicked, click Settings.
  3. Next, click Account Details.
  4. After that, you can edit the account to anything that you want.
  5. Do not forget to click Save to make changes.
  • Close Account

To close the account, the steps to follow include:

  1. First and foremost, click My Account.
  2. The second thing that you have to click is Settings.
  3. After clicking Settings, click Deactivate Account.
  4. Make sure to read the Disclaimer.
  5. Once you acknowledge everything, click Close Account.
  • Reactivating Your Account

Reactivating your account can be done by following the following guide:

  1. You have to click Sign In.
  2. Then, enter the email address.
  3. Next, click Next.
  4. Give your password.
  5. Click the Login button.
  6. Remember to click Resend Confirmation.
  7. Finally, check email and find and click the activation link.
  • Add Payment Method

Please follow the guide below if you want to add payment method:

  1. Firstly, click My Account.
  2. When it is clicked, click Settings.
  3. Then, click Payment Methods.
  4. The next thing that should be clicked is New.
  5. After that, enter your card information.
  6. Once you are done entering your card information, do not forget to click Save.
  • Edit Payment Method

As to edit payment method, follow the following instead:

  1. First of all, you should click My Account.
  2. Then, click Settings.
  3. After clicking Settings, click Payment Methods.
  4. Fourthly, choose the payment method that you want to edit or remove.
  5. Next, click Edit.
  6. Lastly, feel free to change the details of the card or to click the Remove button if you want to delete the card.
  • Change Email Address

There is no way to change your email address. In case you need to use a different email address, you should create a new account using that email address.

  • Missing Activation Email

If you did not get the activation email, you can try to check your junk or spam folder for the message, add @jailatm.com and @m.jailatm.com to the safe senders list, turn of the junk or spam filters, or resend the activation email by logging in and clicking the resend link.

  • Mobile Devices

Apparently, JailATM website was not designed with mobile devices in mind. While you may still able to access JailATM on a mobile device, there might be some issues. In case there is an issue, please open your computer and use that instead.
