After having either a Visa or MasterCard, you can add the payment method. In order to add a payment method, below is the guide that you need to follow:
- First of all, you should go to the official website of JailATM and log in.
- After logging in, go to My Account.
- On My Account, click Settings.
- Then, click Payment Methods.
- Another thing that you have to choose is the New button.
- Now, you have to enter your card information. The information that you have to enter includes the payment method name, your first name, your middle name, your last name, the suffix, your address 1, your address 2, your city, your state, your ZIP code, your card number, and the expiration date.
- If you want to use this card to fund your messaging subscription, please click the checkbox that is located next to “Would you like to make this card your messaging subscription payment method?”.
- When everything is done, make sure to click Save.
If one day you want to edit the payment method or if you want to remove your payment method, you can follow the following instructions:
- After logging into your JailATM account, click My Account.
- On the new page, click Settings.
- Then, click Payment Methods.
- The fourth step that you have to do is to choose the payment method that you want to edit or remove.
- After choosing one, make sure to click Edit.
- In the end, you can change the details of the card. Besides, you can also click Remove if you want to delete the card.
For those who want to either edit or remove the card information, keep in mind that it is a must for you to cancel your messaging subscription first. In order to cancel it, the steps to follow include:
- The first thing that you have to do is to obviously go to the official website of JailATM.
- When you are on the site, choose Sign In.
- After signing in, click My Account.
- Besides, you also have to click Messaging.
- Next, click Messaging Subscription.
- To cancel the messaging subscription, click the No, I Do Not Want Messaging option.
- If everything goes well. You will be taken back to My Account page.
