Of course you must download the mobile app of JPay to login through mobile App. You can download JPay mobile app in Google Play Store if you are the user of Android. Then for the user of IPhone, you can download JPay mobile app in App Store. If you are the user of Android, you are able to go to Google Play store, and then search JPay mobile. After you find JPay mobile, so you can download and install it. To install it, you just need about 5MB. Once you finish installing JPay mobile, then you can go to your JPay account.
